Useful Info and I would recommend Aloe Vera. It’s a great, plant, with more healing properties than just good sleep. It’s a great thing to have in hand, and is also efficient for cleaning the air. I would recommend taking it outside, or somewhere with light every now and again, just to keep it healthy!
